New Year, New Diet?

Hey Guys!
Remember how once upon a time I promised to write a post about my new diet? Well here it finally is!
Before I start, Just a pointer- I've always been really really unhealthy in my diet before I came up with this routine so bear with me if it isn't too healthy. It's still a start right?
-------------------------
BREAKFAST
Usually I go on a run on Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's. This is where I would eat oats with a bit of water that help in keeping me hydrated, a banana, spoonful of chia seeds with beetroot juice. I have this breakfast at around 5am.
On other days I have two boiled eggs, oats with strawberries, chia seeds and dry fruits mixed in it. As a drink I have a spinach and orange smoothie. *adding lemon to this increases iron*
I have this around 8 in the morning. At around 11, I make sure to have a glass of milk.

MID-DAY
I tend to have around two mugs of coffee somewhere with some cookies but no matter how hard I try I can't resist myself from mid-day snacks. I also have a mouthful of chocolates somewhere :( 
But my sister is the healthier one. Her mid-day snack choice would be a "grape shake" This is where she would take a whole load of grapes and just put it in the mixer. The juice is really sweet and delicious, sometimes she adds a lime flavored soda to it which gives it an even better taste. Another option is a "banana crispy" Take around two bananas, cut them in pieces and add a spoonful of peanut butter. Crush some nuts, seeds and nutrition bars into it. Mix it up in a bowl! *If you like, add half a spoon of nutella. YUMMY*

LUNCH
This is the meal that I look forward to. Sooo many options! mmm :D
Bowl of rice/ Croissant/ Bread/ Bagel with I tend to bake the non leafy vegetables and grill or roast the leafy ones. Just a preference. Then its meat time! *ignore if you don't have any* You could have fish/chicken/pork/crab or egg. 
After the main stuff I usually have my fruits and sweets. For fruits I stick with apples/ pears/ grapes/ oranges. For sweets I have a probiotic drink with *guilty* a chocolate bar. My sister has the probiotic drink with a salad. She uses lettuce, cucumber, olive oil, mayo, ketchup and black olives. 
I have lunch around 4pm and my sister has it at 3.

DINNER
This usually just consists of a bowl of either sweet corn soup, spinach and tomato soup or chicken soup. A bowl of beans, pasta with bread or rice. I have this around 7pm. I then have another glass of milk at around 8:30-9pm. Then I just call it a day before I can sneak out and eat something else :O

This was actually fun to make :O 
I think I might do a "New Routine" thing too. Which won't be so much about food but about my schedule, my beauty routine, what I end up doing and all that stuff.
